1. Order Cancellations
1.1. Before Shipment:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team at contact@ansin.store with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
1.2. After Shipment:
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may still refuse delivery, and we'll process it as a "Return" (as per Section 2).
2. Return & Replacement Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags are intact.
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2.2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain categories are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene items)
- Customised, made-to-order, or digital products
- Gift cards, vouchers, or memberships
2.3. Return Process:

- Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the product (where applicable).
- Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
2.4. Replacement Policy:
- Replacement will be processed only once per order and is subject to product availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed in cases of:
- Successful cancellation before dispatch
- Returned product received in acceptable condition
- Order not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances
3.2. Refund Method:
- Refunds are initiated via the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer) used at checkout.
- In some cases, store credit or coupon may be offered instead, at your discretion.
3.3. Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
- Bank/UPI processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
3.4. Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns raised beyond the eligible window but approved under discretion
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We'll review and offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Order Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the item:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery status update.
- We'll coordinate with the courier partner and investigate.
- Refunds or replacements will be offered only after verification with the logistics partner.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment provider again.
- Then contact us at ecomansin@gmail.com.
- We'll respond within 24–48 hours to help resolve the issue.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve it amicably through communication. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
